The Department of Academic Services of the СÀ¶ÊÓÆµ wishes to process your personal data (that is, collect, use, store and destroy data that identifies you) as part of the nominations for Honorary Awards.

If you have any queries about this nomination, please contact graduation@port.ac.uk, or if you have any general queries about how your data will be processed, please contact the University’s Data Protection Officer at informationmatters@port.ac.uk .

We ask for your consent to process the data we ask for in the honorary award nomination so that we can process the nomination. We will only share your personalised data with members of the Honorary Awards Committee. We will not store your data outside the EU.

Your personal data will be held securely within the University's secure data storage for 7 years and securely destroyed after that date.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to restrict the use of your personal data, the right to be forgotten, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your data.
