What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in Bahraini Dinars BHD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24 hours production time for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 days please email us at info@cocoonbh.com.

What sizes are available? can it fit newly born baby?
All available swaddles fit new born of age 0-3 months or up to size of 6KG.

What payment methods are available at checkout?
We accept all major credit card including Visa, Master card, American express (AMEX).

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@cocoonbh.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one. No refund will be given after the item is shipped of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping times are 1-2 business day to Bahrain, 3-7 business days to GCC, 7-10 business days worldwide depends on the location, might be longer due to COVID-19 so please be patient. keep in mind that we are trying our best to deliver items on time using Aramex or DHL.
